  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cream (2 tbsp)

Instructions:

  1. In a Frypan, heat butter and sauté onions until golden.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins.
  3. Pour in tomato puree, cook until oil separates.
  4. Add cashew paste, spices, and salt — cook until thick and creamy.
  5. Gently stir in paneer cubes, crushed kasuri methi, and cream.
